| I came across Auto Authority about 25 years ago when I was new to Oshkosh and thought, this is a place I would like to try. They have been incredible to deal with ever since. They are friendly, honest, do good work and help the customer make the best decision. I had a situation several years ago in which an older vehicle needed several repairs. Alex prioritized them for me, told me which repairs were more urgent and which would wait a bit so I didn't get hit with a huge bill all at once. I would never hesitate to recommend Auto Authority to anyone needing vehicle work. They are 5 stars, without hesitation. -Chuck |

| I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. The brakes were OK. They did a thorough inspection of the other car system and found the battery needed replacement - a nice thing to know going into winter. The replacement battery as near as I could tell cost less than if I had gone to an auto parts store and replaced it myself. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from Auto Authority. |
