| From the first phone call to completion of the vehicle repair, I had superior service! I HIGHLY recommend Auto Authority to anyone. My son goes to UWO and when his car broke down, my husband and I had no idea where to have it towed to. I went on the UWO Parent page and asked, in which several people responded with Auto Authority. I went on the website and noticed they were right by campus and just by reading their bio, I could tell they wanted to help our students. On a Wednesday, I called to explain the situation and gave them the coordinates of where my sons vehicle was. They picked it up at no charge, towed it to their shop, got the parts needed (alternator & new belt), fixed it and DELIVERED it to my sons dorm by Thursday evening!! Who does that?! They treated us with such respect and had a heart for what we were going through. They took the stress right out of the situation and made my husband and I feel so good about them caring for our son and his needs at school. I'm not sure I have ever received such amazing service anywhere. Kudos to Auto Authority! You guys deserve 10 stars, not 5! |

| 5 Star Service!!! Met/exceeded all expectations!!! Initial request sent was followed up with a response within 48 hours. Both my husband and my son were impressed with the service (6/2023) and the technicians. My son especially, since he has been very disappointed with recent service(s) for his 2012 Volkswagen. He said service techs listened, explained things well and were very respectful. He will definitely be taken his vehicle back (for recommended work). Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done! Thank you Auto Authority!!! We'll be back!!! |

| My college-age daughter was in town for a short time and brought up that her care was making a loud noise. I called Auto Authority, explained what the situation was and they fit us in. Within a day my daughter's car was fixed (it was a wheel bearing replacement), the noise was gone and she went safely back to college. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you!!! |
