| Was a little disappointed it took 3 times to figure out what was wrong with my tire. Especially after I told them the 2nd time to check the sensor. But overall very satisfied with the service and courtesy of the staff. |

| The people at Auto Authority are always friendly and courteous. They run a clean shop and the prices are competitive. I do a lot of my own work, having been in a shop for nearly 6 years, but lately I have been down due to an injury. I trust these guys to get the job done right. |

| Got charged for a tire rotation and I never asked for it. If I needed/wanted anything more than an oil change, I would ask for it. So my $60 oil change ended up being $86. Not happy. |

| Got a quote for $1650 for rack and pinion replacement plus another $600 for a sway bar replacement. Seemed expensive to me so I took my car somewhere else and got all that done for under $1400. Glad I did because I saved almost 1K |
